You can withdraw consent at any time; data processed until then stays lawful. - Push and email notifications you switch on in your settings. - Technical log data (IP address, time) for security, kept for a short period (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). 3. Service providers (processors) - Hosting: [server provider], Germany/EU - Anthropic PBC (AI assistance for your coach, e.g. meal ideas and progress summaries; only first name and coaching data, no contact details) – USA, EU standard contractual clauses - Stripe Payments Europe Ltd. when you pay for coaching (card and subscription payments) - IONOS SE (email), Germany 4. Storage period We keep your data as long as you are a client. You can delete your account at any time in Settings; all your data is then deleted immediately, unless statutory retention obligations apply (e.g. invoices). 5. Your rights You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability, objection and withdrawal of consent, and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (e.g. BayLDA, Bavaria). 6. Cookies We only use one technically necessary session cookie to keep you logged in. No tracking, no analytics, no external fonts.
